BeyondTel Co Ltd (www.beyondtel.com) is the swindler


We created this Internet site to describe you our bad experiences in the co-operation with BeyondTel Co Ltd and to inform you that it is not a company that you can trust
We had worked with BeyondTel several months.
The co-operation proceeds without problems, we placed several orders of 5000 - 6000 Euros.
All the orders were paid in advance by bank transfer. We were in contact with Jinlan Peng alias Wendy King
Unfortunately for us, mid-September we decided to place the order 4 times more important than usually (Christmas was in horizon), here is the history

On September 15, 2008 we place our order for total of 19600 Euro/27820 USD
On September 17, 2008 we receive the pro forma invoice
On September 18, 2008 we make transfer of 27820 USD
On September 25, 2008 Wendy King confirms the reception of funds and gives promise of fast delivery
On October 1, 2008 after several requests we obtained the tracking number but unfortunately it was not valid.
As we learned after our order was not dispatched
On October 28, 2008 we ask for refunding.
On October 30, 2008 we have the positive response for refunding.
On November 3, 2008 we receive a photo of a request for transfer on our account, filled with the hand, which has Beyondtel Co Ltd stamp but any stamp of the bank

Of course we never received our refunding.
All that was right to prolong operation and to swindle the others
We have all the documents (proforma invoice, certificate of the transfer, history of mail) which are available for all Chinese or French departments

We announce that we were asked to carry out transfers on different bank accounts (account Beyondtel Co Ltd and account Top Finances Co Ltd)

Warranty & Return Policy
All of our products carry one-year limited hardware warranty, which assures customers that the products will conform to their published specifications and will be free from factory defects since the delivery and for a period of one year thereafter.

We will be willing to repair or replace the defectives. But customers will pay for the fee of returning the defectives to us, and we will pay for the fee of sending the replacements. As for distributors, please aggregate defectives to 10 units or more before exchanging.

However, any man-made damages to the products are excluded to warranty and return policy, and customers will be required to pay for the repair and delivery expense.
